Day 1 — Belgrade → Mostar

• Morning departure from Belgrade
• Scenic drive through Bosnia
• Afternoon arrival in Mostar — walk the old town, cross Stari Most bridge
• Evening briefing with your guide, gear check
• Local dinner by the Neretva river

Day 2 — Via Ferrata

• Early start, drive to the route
• 4-5 hours on the wall: fixed cables, ladders, exposed traverses
• Panoramic views over the Neretva canyon
• Return to Mostar, late lunch
• Drive back to Belgrade
