For Radomir, guiding has never been about reaching summits — it's about getting everyone home safely. A licensed mountain guide and active member of Serbia's Mountain Rescue Service (MRSS), Radomir has spent more than two decades in the outdoors and over ten years professionally guiding people through some of Europe's and the world's most demanding mountain terrain. He has assisted on Himalayan expeditions, regularly leads climbs on Kilimanjaro and Elbrus, and has guided hundreds of clients—from complete beginners on their first via ferrata to experienced mountaineers pursuing major alpine objectives. For him, technical skill is only part of the job. Reading terrain, understanding weather, managing group dynamics, and making the right decision when conditions change are what define a great mountain guide.
